If using a Dell OptiPlex model (or other Desktop) I recommend using the back USB Ports. Using Downgrade Rights from Windows 10 Pro OEM on a Dell OptiPlex 7040. Windows 10 on a Dell Optiplex 780. I'm not concerned about a home network. I do complement Microsoft in that it was easy to return to Windows 7 but I'm disappointed that I couldn't get 10 to work completely. Did you try installing the Wifi driver from the Dell site? Try Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7, in that order, or if necessary.

Installation steps (for exe / zip):
1. Save the driver files to your computer.
2. Run the executable or extract the installation files to a location on your disk.
