I have been working on this connection for 3 days and I still was not able to successfully connect the Piranha controller to my PC.
I did try every possible alternative from the site http://register.nextwaveautomation.com/. When I launch the CNC Shark Control Panel or CNC Shark Firmware Updater I get the messages 'Could not detect the controller. Please make sure the controller is connected with your computer and turned on' from the former and 'Failed to connect 1...' from the latter.
Although I have installed the driver Windows says the drive is not available.
I did everything over again and I still have the same problem.
My PC is a Sony VAIO VGN-TZ35AN laptop, 2G memory, USB 2.0, Windows 7.0 ultimate.
Please any help would be highly appreciated.
